Acera Insurance is seeking a Team Lead, Auto Insurance to guide our Kelowna branch and mentor a small team of licensed agents. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure top-tier client service while aligning with branch goals.
You bring at least 2 years in insurance, a Level 2 licence (or working toward it), and strong leadership and communication skills to coach staff and improve processes in a fast-paced setting.
