What You’ll Do:

Serve as a professional expert for the sales and service of equipment sales

Identify and secure new sales opportunities for represented products

Promote products throughout the BC and Alberta regions

Manage and grow current customers in the territory by assessing their needs and making recommendations





Deliver excellent customer service and training while meeting customer needs

Work diligently with fellow staff at the store, region and organization levels in order to find the right solution for our customers

Build customer loyalty through continuous innovation, and becoming a trusted advisor

Effectively leverage network to assist in sales cycles development

Do you fit the part?

Previous related experience with collision equipment is required

Superior customer service skills, both on the phone and in‑person

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Excellent mechanical/parts knowledge

Ability to work as part of the Lordco team

Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and the ability to adhere to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program

Ability to travel within the Okanagan and North Kootenays as business needs require

Starting compensation ranges from $80,000 - $100,000, including base salary, commissions and allowances.
