Drive internal controls excellence as a Senior Financial Analyst at Keel Infrastructure. This role focuses on SOX compliance, risk management, and supporting financial operations.

As a Senior Financial Analyst in Internal Controls, you'll report to the Director of Internal Controls within Keel's Finance department. You will enhance SOX compliance and coordinate with control owners to improve financial controls across the evolving business landscape while supporting annual audits. Utilizing your expertise, you'll help develop effective risk management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and enhance Keel's SOX program efficiently
• Participate in risk assessments and process documentation
• Maintain and update internal control documentation




• Track deficiencies and assist control owners in remediation
• Prepare internal controls reporting for stakeholders

Requirements:
• CPA or relevant qualified certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of internal controls or audit experience
• Knowledge of COSO, SOX 404 frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
