Shannex Incorporated’s Parkland on the Glen in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking a Clinical Services Manager (RPN) to provide leadership to PSWs, oversee resident health assessments, and develop individualized care plans across independent living, assisted living, memory care and enriched care.
You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with the Philosophy of Service, monitor audits, manage staffing and scheduling, and support ongoing career development.
