Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking an IT Operations Help Desk skilled in Toronto for a one-year contract. You will provide level 1 support for endpoint computing, AV systems, software, and logon issues, and help create and maintain user accounts and device provisioning.
Responsibilities include managing help desk queues, basic troubleshooting, and occasional after-hours on-call support, with a hybrid work schedule across Bosch offices in North America.
