Quality control: ensuring jobs are being done on time/ budget as per Renovco's Standards.
Dealing with insurance companies and adjusters
Supervising project managers and activities onsite;
resolving concurrent problems arising during projects;
Closing leads and generating sales
Business Development Qualifications TheDirector of operationshould have:
Excellent human relationship skills
Experience in dealing with insurance companies and adjusters is an asset.
Ease in multi-tasking
sales training experience
Experience in construction renovation, restoration and design.
