Duties
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly to uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and supplies for meal service
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to ensure a hygienic environment
Support the kitchen team during busy meal times by helping with food handling and serving when needed




Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed to promote sustainability
Restock supplies and assist with organizing dishware and utensils for effective workflow
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation to prevent contamination or accidents

Qualifications
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Basic understanding of food safety practices and proper handling of kitchen tools and equipment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
Strong attention to detail when cleaning and organizing workspaces
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to health regulations
