With a robust foundation in customer service, you'll ensure every customer feels valued while utilizing our guided app to assess vehicle condition. You'll also handle necessary paperwork thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized service for an outstanding customer experience
Travel throughout Calgary for vehicle pickups and inspections
Tackle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
Complete accurate documentation and customer tracking
Safely drive and manage Clutch's car hauler during transportation

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience
Valid Class 5 Driver's License in Alberta
Maintain a clean driving record for 3 years
Commit to at least 40 hours per week, including weekends
