Job Title: Field Support Specialist
Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide onsite IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and deploy IT equipment at client locations.
Manage support tickets from initiation to resolution using ConnectWise.
Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base using ITGlue.
Prioritize issues, escalate when necessary, and deliver excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications:
High school ,IT-related education preferred.
2+ years of IT support or MSP experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT troubleshooting.
Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage/Automate and ITGlue.
Required / Preferred Certifications:
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
