Duties
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly to keep the kitchen running smoothly
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, sinks, dishwashers, and storage areas in compliance with health and safety standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen managers to support meal service
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and prevent cross-contamination
Support the overall cleanliness of the restaurant or hotel dining area by assisting with waste disposal and recycling efforts
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all items are ready for use during busy service hours

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Robust understanding of cleaning procedures, food handling, and sanitation standards
