Clean dishes, pots, glassware, and cutlery
Monitor and record dish machine temperatures
Clean dish machine and pot washing area thoroughly
Bus dishes and vacuum dining room after meals
Comply with infection control protocols Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in dishwashing
Grade 12 education required
Robust communication skills in English
Ability to work in hot, quick-paced settings
