Elevate customer service with Family, a leading insurance provider in Vancouver, Canada. As a Customer Service Representative for Billing, assist clients and brokers with financial inquiries and support in a hybrid work model. In this full time role, you will report to the Team Lead of Finance.

Your primary focus will be on customer service, administrative tasks, and bookkeeping duties. Ideally, you have experience in billing and a solid understanding of finance policies to effectively assist and resolve issues for customers and brokers. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and payments
Coordinate payment arrangements for overdue accounts
Advise on finance policies and procedures
Process payments and prepare deposits
Maintain detailed and accurate financial records Requirements:
University degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Bookkeeping experience is considered an asset
Willingness to obtain Broker Level 1 License
