As a Commercial Lines Underwriter II, you will contribute significantly to the Mid-Market team by fostering long-term partnerships with brokers and delivering outstanding service.

This position calls for a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Property and Casualty underwriting. You will assess risks, mentor peers, and drive creative solutions for underwriting processes. Key Responsibilities:
Develop robust relationships with brokers through dedicated service
Analyze and assess risks for quotes, renewals, and changes




Coach team members in underwriting techniques and broker interactions
Lead initiatives that enhance underwriting efficiency and practices
Apply pricing strategies according to company guidelines Requirements:
5 to 7 years of Commercial Lines Underwriting experience
Completion of or progress towards CIP designation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
