As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will guide employees in leading Kaizen events and problem-solving initiatives. Your ability to foster team capability and drive consistency in operations will ensure Trimaster's growth aligns with the company's core values. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping
Build front-line employee problem-solving capability
Strengthen tiered management and performance monitoring




Drive standard operating systems and coaching practices
Implement Lean tools and sustain continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
5+ years leading continuous improvement in manufacturing
Experience in Lean and problem-solving coaching
Solid facilitation and communication skills
Manufacturing experience, particularly in precision machining
