About the Chance

We’re hiring a Customer Engagement Representative to join our growing team.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
Customer engagement and brand representation
Face-to-face marketing and promotional campaigns
Customer acquisition and relationship building
Team collaboration and professional development

What You’ll Be Doing
Representing established brands in customer-facing environments
Creating positive and memorable customer experiences
Engaging directly with customers and understanding their needs
Supporting promotional and marketing campaigns
Working alongside a team-oriented, competitive team




Participating in cross-training and ongoing professional development
Building skills that can lead to future leadership opportunities

What We’re Looking For
Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is an asset — but not required
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Competitive, motivated, and growth-minded individuals
Someone who enjoys working with people and learning new skills
Full-time availability
