Manor is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care to residents with mental health, dementia, and long-term care needs. Your focus will be on promoting individualized care plans and supporting families in decision-making to enhance the quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to assess care needs
Provide direct nursing care including wound and dementia care
Document observations, assessments, and interventions
Communicate changes in resident health to team members
Advocate for residents' rights and dignity Requirements:
Graduate from an approved nursing program
Current RN/RPN registration with BCCNM
One year gerontological nursing experience
Level 1 First Aid certificate
