Flexibility for attending industry events outside normal hours and occasional travel is necessary to fulfill this dynamic role effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a strong network of industry contacts
• Market effectively to recruit new employers




• Monitor internship performance and employer connections
• Conduct visits to internship sites for evaluations
• Address and investigate employer and student concerns

Requirements:
• Engineering degree with 8+ years of industry experience
• Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation preferred
• Experience mentoring engineers in training (EIT)
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple deadlines
