In this role, you will report directly to the Golf Course Superintendent, demonstrating leadership in managing the maintenance of our equipment fleet. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting abilities, preventative maintenance expertise, and a commitment to organizational excellence. Your focus on safety and operational efficiency will help us achieve exceptional golf course conditions for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the equipment maintenance program for the golf course
• Oversee repairs and diagnostics of maintenance machinery




• Maintain accurate maintenance records and repair logs
• Manage safety and organization of the maintenance shop
• Train staff on safe equipment operation and maintenance

Requirements:
• Journeyperson certification in a relevant mechanical trade
• Minimum 3–5 years of equipment maintenance experience
• Solid knowledge of engines, hydraulic systems, and welding
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Valid BC Driver's License required
