About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Consultant with a focus on Key Accounts to join their team in Kimberley . You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for further collaboration. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You will be the primary point of contact for these strategic partners, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing significantly to sustained revenue growth within the Northern Cape region, fostering strong ties within the local business community.
Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of key client accounts.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to key accounts.
Regularly report on account status, performance, and client feedback to management.
Requirements Proven experience in Key Account Management or a senior sales role.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Ability to work effectively within a dedicated team in Kimberley .
Familiarity with the Northern Cape business sector is an advantage.
