We are seeking a skilled/licensed RV technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a variety of recreational vehicle systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your mechanical expertise and hands-on skills to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. Candidates should have a robust understanding of mechanical systems and be proficient with hand, tools, and power tools.
Responsibilities
diagnose, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues within RVs
Perform repairs and maintenance on various RV systems, including plumbing, electric, electrical, HVAC and appliances
Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble repair and reassemble RV components
Conduct safety inspections, and ensure all repairs meet industries standards
Maintain detailed records of work performed, and parts used
Collaborate with team members to complete repairs, efficiently, and accurately
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures and recommendations
Qualifications
Proven experience of mechanical systems, within RV repair
Proficiency with hand tools
Experience with power tools
Ability to troubleshoot complex, mechanical issues, effectively, and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Valid drivers license is mandatory must be able to operate vehicles if required
