Responsibilities
Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading goods using appropriate moving techniques and equipment
Support the warehouse team in organizing inventory and preparing shipments for dispatch
Communicate clearly with team members and drivers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues promptly
Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries professionally during deliveries or pickups




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and efficiency

Skills
Experience with moving heavy items safely and efficiently
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers
Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while adhering to safety standards
Knowledge of commercial driving regulations is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Excellent physical stamina, flexibility, and attention to detail
