Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Assist customers with product information, order status, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues with patience and clarity
Enter customer data accurately into our systems, ensuring data integrity through diligent data entry practices
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services that meet customer needs, contributing to sales growth
Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends or areas for improvement, supporting continuous service enhancement




Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively

Skills
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all records
Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide tailored solutions
