We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our day-to-day operations. This role involves assisting students, visitors, and prospective students by providing accurate information, responding to inquiries, and helping ensure a positive and welcoming experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with people in a rapid-paced environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive approach to customer service are essential.

Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from students, visitors, and prospective students by phone, email, or in person
Provide accurate information regarding programs, registration, services, schedules, and general college procedures
Assist students and visitors with routine administrative requests and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary
Perform data entry and maintain accurate student and administrative records
Assist with registration, appointment scheduling, forms, and other administrative processes
Maintain detailed records of inquiries and interactions when required




Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
Collaborate with staff members and other departments to help resolve inquiries efficiently
Maintain a welcoming, skilled, and respectful workplace for students and visitors

Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, or a related field is an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
