Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain hygiene standards
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to company protocols
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) during cleaning tasks
Report any maintenance issues or hazards discovered during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to commercial cleaning practices
Experience
Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in commercial settings
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
