Access Healthcare Services seeks a Community Visit Nurse for Pembroke and surrounding areas. This full time role offers $28.50 - $39.50 CAD per hour with comprehensive support for home-based care. As a Registered Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse, you’ll provide high-quality client-centered care, complete assessments for team-oriented care planning, and uphold nursing best practices.

This role is integral to the local community, supporting patients while working with an interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in-home, client-centered nursing care
Conduct comprehensive assessments for care planning
Uphold infection prevention and nursing standards
Collaborate with healthcare team members
Participate in on-call nursing rotation Requirements:
RN or RPN in valuable standing with CNO
Valid Covid-19 vaccination proof
Vehicle required; valid driver’s license
CPR certification and recent TB test
