Lumenalta is seeking a Tech Lead in Data Engineering to own the technical direction of data initiatives while remaining hands-on. You will bridge architecture, execution, and people leadership on complex data projects.

We’re looking for 10+ years in data engineering, robust Python/PySpark experience, and a track record of mentoring engineers. This remote role requires collaboration across time zones and stakeholders, with competitive compensation and perks.
