Prepare and deliver meals for residents and employees
Review menus and production sheets before cooking
Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed
Complete temperature audits for food storage
Participate in planning special meals and events Requirements:
Food Handler's Certificate required
Experience in large quantity food preparation
Knowledge of therapeutic diets and food regulations
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
