Prepare and deliver meals for residents and guests
Review menus and production sheets prior to meal prep
Ensure proper food handling and safety techniques
Complete daily temperature audits of food storage
Adhere to meal schedules and dietary guidelines Requirements:
Food Handler's Certificate required
Experience in large scale food prep preferred
