We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a outstanding attitude. Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. This position offers an chance to contribute to a professional setting while developing valuable skills in facilities maintenance and customer service.

We are hiring for multiple locations across Vancouver island

Pay starts at $25 to $30 depending on position (Residential, Airbnb, Commercial cleaner as well as experience)

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential and vacation homes, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchen, etc using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Working safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols
Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated hours
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and promptly





Skills
Experience with custodial, residential or vacation home cleaning is preferred
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
