Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and transactions
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety and handling protocols
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients, and provide friendly service
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality
Support food preparation tasks such as ingredient assembly and snack serving as needed





Qualifications
Previous barista experience or food service background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and hygiene practices
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Experience in the food industry, including serving or food preparation roles, is advantageous
