Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Clay Sculpting / Modeling Instructor to inspire creativity and develop artistic skills in learners of all ages. In this role, you will lead engaging hands-on classes focused on clay sculpting techniques, guiding students through the process of creating unique sculptures and models. Duties
Lead engaging clay sculpting and modeling classes for diverse age groups, including children and adults
Demonstrate various sculpting techniques, including shaping, detailing, and finishing clay artworks
Provide clear instructions and personalized feedback to help students improve their skills
Prepare classroom materials, tools, and workspace to ensure a safe and organized environment
Foster creativity by encouraging students to experiment with different styles and ideas




Support students’ development by incorporating elements of early childhood education and hands-on learning strategies
Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes confidence, patience, and artistic growth

Requirements
Proven experience in clay sculpting or modeling, with a strong portfolio of work to showcase skills
Prior tutoring or teaching experience, especially working with children or beginner artists
Ability to communicate complex techniques clearly and effectively to learners of varying ages
Experience working in classroom settings or educational environments is highly preferred
Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus for engaging young learners
Basic cooking skills are beneficial for understanding material handling or related creative activities
Solid organizational skills to prepare materials and manage class flow efficiently
