Key Responsibilities:
• Manage G/GJ tube and tracheostomy care
• Administer medications per CNO standards
• Document patient care and monitor medication safety
• Support personal care and daily activities
• Provide emotional and psychological support to families

Requirements:
• Licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Pediatric nursing experience required
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
• Skilled Liability Insurance necessary
