Key Responsibilities:
• Design and evaluate high-quality outdoor education programs

• Recruit and train seasonal staff to build a strong culture
• Oversee camp budgets, registration, and operations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in recreation or education
• Minimum three years in operational leadership
