• Support experience transformation from discovery to implementation
• Gather and document business and technology requirements




• Facilitate partnerships with diverse business stakeholders
• Develop future state processes and operational designs
• Assist in project documentation and executive reporting

Requirements:
• 3-7 years in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience with transformation projects and process mapping
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology-related fields
