Louis Vuitton Toronto Yorkdale Mall (UHZ) is seeking a high caliber, operationally sound, and commercially minded Operations Manager to join the team.

As an Operations Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will assist the Store Director in leading and mentoring the team. You will proactively encourage the achievement of operational objectives and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered through solid operational support. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes towards Clients and team members.

Profile
In this role, you will support training on all operational procedures and communication systems, as well as build a positive work environment by encouraging collaboration within the team and managers. Additionally, this role will ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise and leading all aspects of the client delivery process; inclusive of communication,



troubleshooting and delivery support.

Additional information
The appointed candidate will be offered a base salary within the range of $90-$105CAD, plus the opportunity to participate in our Retail Bonus program, a comprehensive benefits package including:
