Join Lifting Solutions as a Truck Mounted Gripper Operator Level 1, providing exceptional service with our well service unit. This role prioritizes safety and client satisfaction while operating advanced equipment.

As a key member of Lifting Solutions, you'll operate truck-mounted service equipment for well services. Your role includes maintaining safety leadership through meetings and hazard assessments. You'll foster positive client relationships while ensuring product integrity and a clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate well service equipment effectively during operations
• Lead daily safety meetings and conduct hazard assessments
• Maintain positive client relationships through exceptional service




• Handle continuous rod to ensure product safety
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time

Requirements:
• Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with clean abstract
• Industry training certificates: H2S, First Aid/CPR, Fall Arrest
• Experience with TMG/TMX and endless rod handling is a plus
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
