CPKC is seeking a Trainmaster in Red Deer, Alberta. You will coordinate daily yard-terminal and road operating plans, supervise train movements, and uphold safety, service, and efficiency across the terminal.
You will lead by example, coach Train & Engine staff, and ensure regulatory adherence under CROR/GCOR practices as applicable. A robust safety mindset and leadership presence are essential for success.
