Cargojet is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Mississauga to manage full-cycle recruitment and build solid pipelines for the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver a positive candidate experience.
You will also support immigration/work authorization processes, including documentation and LMIA/PNP-related steps, while maintaining accurate data in the ATS and delivering recruitment analytics.
