Affim is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the Fraud Decisioning team, building tools and systems to power fraud detection while collaborating with Product, ML and Analytics. You will plan, design, and drive cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence hiring decisions.
We offer a remote-first role in Canada, with base pay in the CAN range of 181,000 to 241,000 CAD per year, equity and perks. You’ll work from anywhere in Canada with occasional in-person onboarding.
