This full-time position blends in-center and remote responsibilities, providing high-quality, individualized care. You will engage in functional behavior assessments, develop treatment plans, and support families in achieving their goals. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a small caseload for personalized care
Create and oversee ABA treatment plans
Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
Supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs
Collaborate with families for cohesive support
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance Requirements:
Active BCBA Certification required
Georgia LBA License required
Experience with children with autism preferred
Solid communication and organizational skills
