We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, managing POS systems, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly valued, along with excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Use POS systems to process orders and payments
Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Follow food safety protocols related to food handling and serving
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service




Assist in setting up for events or special occasions as required
Collaborate with team members to ensure productive restaurant operations

Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Hospitality-oriented attitude with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
Must be at least 18 years old or older, depending on local regulations
