Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and effective Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
Accurately process sales transactions using the cash register.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively upsell and promote sales.
Provide information about products, including technology sales, to enhance customer experience.
Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.




Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls.
Collaborate with team members to ensure productive store operations.

Experience
Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Familiarity with technology sales is a plus; experience in technical sales is advantageous.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
Robust time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently.
Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
