Responsibilities
Take and serve drink and food orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to guests
Prepare and serve beverages responsibly, following all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS (Point of Sale) systems with precision and efficiency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and promote menu items
Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, ensuring a positive dining experience
Follow all food handling, safety protocols,



and health regulations to uphold hygiene standards

Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cashiering and order management
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while multitasking seamlessly
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Experience in bartending or serving roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
