You’ll oversee major communication channels and facilitate employee engagement while supporting our presence in Quebec. This role requires a strategic thinker comfortable in a self-directed setting to enhance employee connectivity and organizational culture. Key Responsibilities:
Develop internal communications strategies to engage employees
Manage crisis communications plans and processes
Launch and oversee Viva Engage for employee engagement
Collaborate with HR on ongoing communication programs
Analyze communication metrics to improve effectiveness Requirements:
Bilingual in English and French
Education in Corporate Communications or related field
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and communication platforms
Experience with internal communications tools is a plus
