We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy equipment dealership. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility across Sales, Parts, and Service, with a robust focus on customer relationships, business development, team performance, and overall branch results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support branch employees across Sales, Parts, and Service.
Directly oversee the Sales team and participate in equipment sales and business development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify current business opportunities.
Establish performance objectives and monitor sales, margins, expenses, and overall branch performance.
Promote communication and teamwork between departments.
Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable for performance.
Address customer concerns and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer service, and profitability.
Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and initiatives.





Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in sales, operations, or management, including leadership experience.
Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship skills.
Experience in heavy equipment, automotive, industrial, agricultural, or a related industry is an asset.
Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
Strong communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Robust understanding of business operations and customer service.
Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field is an asset.
