This role involves managing daily accounting, enhancing financial processes, and ensuring compliance while leading a dedicated team. Your skills in ASPE, IFRS, budgeting, and forecasting will be critical to the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee timely preparation of financial statements and reconciliations
Manage month-end close processes with attention to detail




Lead budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional collaboration
Analyze financial data for insights on performance trends
Enhance internal controls and liaise with external auditors Requirements:
5+ years leading teams in finance/accounting
7+ years in progressive finance roles, ideally in manufacturing
