This full time position focuses on guiding students through their co-op journey, ensuring success from orientation to graduation. As a Co-op Advisor, you’ll be instrumental in fostering student relationships while equipping them with essential job-search techniques and skills.

Collaborate with faculty and hold one-to-one consultations to enhance each student’s confidence and career readiness. This role requires a solid background in student support and counseling, promoting student self-efficacy throughout their co-op experience. Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual support during recruitment and work terms




Guide students in job search tactics and resume preparation
Build trust and rapport with diverse student groups
Facilitate student feedback on co-op experiences

Undergraduate degree required
