About AOM
Art of Mobility (AOM) is a multidisciplinary longevity clinic. Our Toronto clinic sits beside F45 on Richmond West, minutes from Trinity Bellwoods Park. Clients here train, run and want to keep doing it for decades. You'll treat them 1:1 alongside physio, massage, naturopathy and psychotherapy.
Why chiros join us
Demand is here: chiro assessments in Toronto have been climbing, and our ad campaigns and front desk keep new clients coming.
Get in early: shape a clinic in its first year with the playbook of our established Port Credit location.
Mentorship that's actually scheduled: weekly 1:1s with your Clinic Director, then your Clinic Lead, plus weekly small-group sessions led by our lead chiropractor.
Option to split locations: work Toronto only, or combine with shifts at Port Credit.
Transparent economics:
a clear fee split and a scorecard so you always know where you stand.
What you'll do
Assess and treat clients 1:1 with an active, evidence-informed approach
Build Longevity Care Plans tied to each client's goals
Cross-refer and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
Help grow the clinic through gym, run-club and community partnerships
What you bring
Registration (or eligibility) with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, plus liability insurance
New grads and experienced chiros both welcome
A rehab and movement mindset; sport or strength background a plus
Genuine care for people and a love of learning
