Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team in a rapid-paced food service environment. This role offers an excellent prospect for individuals interested in the food industry to develop their skills in customer service, food handling, and point-of-sale operations. Duties
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve food and beverages.
Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food handling and preparation areas
Ensure timely service by managing multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
Restock supplies and assist with food preparation as needed to support smooth operations




Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times

Experience
Previous experience in food service, including serving or cashiering roles, is preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
Experience working in the food industry or similar fast-paced environments is advantageous
