Experience: 15+ years

Required Skills
15+ years of executive-level advisory experience leading large-scale data and business transformation programs.
Executive oversight of:
Data migration strategy
Enterprise/data architecture direction
Delivery governance and risk management
Fixed-price engagements
Proven senior-level federal client relationship management, including executive stakeholder engagement and escalation ownership.
Deep understanding of cloud data platform economics, including cost, scalability, governance and operating-model considerations.
Robust knowledge of Azure and Client Fabric target architectures.




Experience developing Legacy Oracle-to-Cloud modernization strategies, including migration roadmaps, architecture decisions and transformation planning.
Demonstrated experience delivering programs for the Government of Canada / federal government.
Familiarity with federal security and delivery requirements, including:
Protected B
ITSG-33
Authority to Operate (ATO) processes

Nice-to-Have Skills
Domain knowledge of CMT, Dayforce or Phoenix (Salesforce).
Prior leadership of Government of Canada HR-to-Pay or case management transformation programs.
Bilingual English/French.
